WEDDING OFFICIANT

OFFICIANT & PHOTOGRAPHER COMBO PACKAGE

2 hours - $1175


Make your special day seamless and unforgettable with our Officiant & Photographer Combo Package. Dennis, your professional officiant, leads a personalized and meaningful ceremony, while Tammy, a skilled photographer, captures every heartfelt moment—all within a 2-hour timeframe.


Whether it’s an intimate elopement, vow renewal, or small wedding, our husband-and-wife team ensures your ceremony flows smoothly and your memories are beautifully preserved. With this package, you get convenience, professionalism, and stunning photos—all in one seamless experience.



ALL OTHER SERVICES

1 hour - $375


In addition to weddings and elopements, Dennis offers a full range of life celebration services. These include vow renewals, baby blessings and naming, funerals and celebrations of life.


Every ceremony is personalized to reflect your unique story, values, and traditions, whether incorporating cultural or religious rituals, prayers, or symbolic elements. With warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, Dennis ensures each milestone is honored with care, meaning, and beautiful memories that last a lifetime.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO


Ontario requirements are that only the couple can make an appointment to get the marriage license. You will have the additional cost of obtaining this from any city in Ontario. Each city/municipality has their own rate for this.


Per city of Greater Sudbury website the price is currently $179.

 

8-10 weeks after the wedding the couple will apply for the marriage certificate from the province. Cost is $15.


HOW TO GET A MARRIAGE LICENCE


You can complete a marriage licence application by applying:


Online through ServiceOntario

Check the municipalities participating in online marriage application.

Complete an online Marriage Licence Application.


In-person at a local municipality

You can choose to start your application either online or using a paper form.

Find a local city hall, town hall or municipal office.

Check the municipality website as they may have their own online or in-person process.

Download and fill out the Marriage Licence Application form.


Documents you need

Two pieces of government-issued identification per person (one with photo).

Supporting documentation if applicable. For example:

consent form for each applicant (under 18)

proof of divorce for each applicant if remarrying

eligibility for reduced marriage licence fee

Note: Documents that are not in English or French must be translated by a professional translator and include a written declaration from the translator.


Picking up your marriage licence

One of you will have to come in-person to the municipality with your photo ID to pick up your marriage licence. You will also need to pay the marriage licence fee which varies depending on the municipality.
